Fly Five, the SEL Curriculum, has the flexibility to fit a variety of learning conditions. It can be implemented by a variety of stakeholders: social workers, counselors, or specials/elective teachers. With Fly Five, teachers have the autonomy to determine the scope and sequence after completing their Social and Emotional Type Inventory (SETI) and Hopes and Goals Setting Module (HGSM.)
Before coming to CRS, Hope Littlejohn served as a high school mathematics teacher for 8 years and as a middle school administrator for 4 years. Throughout her 12 years in education, her passion has been to provide an environment that will strengthen students academically, physically, socially, and mentally, all while making them culturally aware and competitive in the vast international community. She believes that all students deserve the best educational experience to include providing students with social and emotional learning to equip them in and out of school. In her spare time, Hope enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and their family Yorkie named Chief.
