We all possess skills and attributes that make us proud to be ourselves. We also all have areas of growth that we’d like to improve upon. How does it feel to think about both sides of yourself? This mindful meditation focuses on radical self-acceptance. When we accept all aspects of who we are--the parts we adore and the parts we’d like to change-- we can begin to accept that we are already enough.
