In our very busy schedules, it can be hard to find moments of stillness. Between work and play, take a brief moment to check in with your body and mind. At first, it might feel difficult to sit down and spend time breathing and focusing on moments of calm. Have faith that five minutes is all you need to thank yourself for all of the hard work you do. Allow yourself to fill up your cup so you can carry on for another day.
