When we work with others, we have to navigate many complex social dynamics. Our own emotions, the emotions of others, diverse work styles and different goals— cooperation is no easy task. In this mindfulness exercise, you’ll reflect on how you feel about group work and consider how your communication style impacts your ability to collaborate. As you visualize yourself working with others, you’ll explore how to communicate clearly and show up as your best self when cooperating in a group.
